The Process Engineering Services, Inc Aqua Clean Model 122 is designed to remove residual volatile organic compounds (VOC's) from steam condensate or process water. The system was primarily designed for use with air-phase carbon adsorption systems to eliminate the generation of liquid hazardous waste from the recovered steam condensate.

The tank construction is of 304-L grade stainless steel (standard) to provide maximum protection against corrosion. Operation is fully automatic - no operator intervention required. A programmable logic controller (PLC) is incorporated to control all functions. Manual mode operation is switch selectable for those situations where you wish to process a batch separately.

The Aqua Clean Model 122 can batch process contaminated liquid in one hour, returning the contaminant (usually solvent) to the carbon adsorber for recovery. The standard model can process up to 250 gallons per hour. Larger units are available at a minimal incremental cost.
