The Process
Engineering Services, Inc. Model 105 Hydrocarbon Monitoring System comes fully
pre-engineered as a free-standing unit equipped with a Rosemount 400A Total
Hydrocarbon Analyzer, a Honeywell Model DR 4300 single pen circular chart
recorder with internal relays for alarms and on/off controls, an internal
sample pump and an integrated calibration system. The system allows the
customer to choose from 7 selectable concentration ranges from 0 - 1 ppm to 0 -
30,000 ppm full scale. Valving is provided to allow for manual inlet sampling,
in addition to traditional outlet sampling, providing removal/control
efficiency data. This system provides monitoring in general accordance with
USEPA Method 25A for determination of total gaseous organic concentrations
using a flame ionization analyzer as stated in the federal regulations.

The Model 105
Monitoring System includes the following: |
- All calibration
valving and tubing
- All
interconnecting tubing and wiring between the sample duct and the
system
- Compressed gas
bottle rack with retaining chains
- Cabinet with
rack mounted monitor, recorder and all valving mounted inside
- All
electrical/mechanical switch-over controls required to install the monitoring
system (i.e. solenoid sampling valves, filters, timers, etc.)
- 25 day supply of
chart paper and pens for the recorder
